2.1. Event organizers are solely responsible for the planning and execution of advertised events. Any issues or discrepancies related to the event are the organizer's responsibility, including refunds and chargebacks.

3. Refunds and Chargebacks
3.1. All sales initiated on Event Rush's website are non-refundable. Event Rush does not offer refunds for any reason.

4. Third Party Arrangements
4.1. Organizers may offer third-party arrangements, but such arrangements are solely at the organizer's discretion and do not involve Event Rush.

5. Merchandise
5.1. Merchandise purchased on our website is subject to a 14-day exchange policy. Refunds are not provided.

6.1. Event Rush is not liable for any changes, cancellations, or occurrences related to events. Event organizers are responsible for managing events once sales are received.
